201 Depot Street Office Building

The 201 Depot Street Office Building sits on the north side of Ann Arbor, situated in the flood plain adjacent to the Huron River. The location created some design challenges for this medium sized building, including deep foundations, a limited amount of area that could touch the ground, and parking beneath the raised building.
